OUR LOCATION
We are conveniently located along the edge of the Bristow & Manassas border on Hornbaker Road. Our two closest intersection are Prince William Parkway and University Boulevard and Hornbaker Road and Wellington Road. 

Ample parking is available on-site. 
OUR CLASS TIMES
We offer over 70 class times per week starting as early as 4:45am to 7:00pm. Even the busiest NoVA schedules can find a time that fits into their schedule. 

All classes run 60 minutes. Each class is led by a veteran Master Trainer. All classes include warm-up, demonstration, modifications (if needed) and cool-down.
